| Graduate Program
Our Graduate Career Development Program runs over three
to four
years and is designed to equip our graduates to become
oustanding consultants. You will learn about our
organisation, business operations, project management
and teamwork, at the same time as developing your
business and consulting skills.
martens provides
graduates with project mentors to support your development, both from a
technical and overall business sense. Additionally, you
will be expected to actively work towards professional
industry accreditation, either through an appropriate
industry body or an internal company process.
 Rotation
To provide you with a range of experience in your first
few years, we aim to rotate all graduates across
different roles which provides you with a basis for your
career.
Project Management Training
A key skill within martens is to manage
projects. Our Level 1 (Engineers) in-house Project Management Training,
is aimed at people like
you with less than 5 years experience.
Institute
of Engineers Australia
At martens, we
encourage all graduates to be involved with the
Institution of Engineers Australia member accreditation
program with the aim of reaching chartered professional
engineer status.
