Martens and Associates were engaged to investigate opportunities and undertake planning works to modify an existing development consent for a rural residential subdivision by increasing the approved lot yield.
Through detailed investigation into local planning policy and site constraints, and consultation with approval authorities, detailed documentation and a revised development layout were prepared and lodged with Council. The modification was subsequently approved by Council, allowing additional lots to be created.
