Martens were engaged to provide engineering design services for a 35 lot sub-division located at Suffolk Park, NSW (“Seacliffs Estate”). The project used hydraulic data, modelling and site survey to design minimum water servicing requirements for the new dwellings and a community facility.
Suffolk Park is an urban area local to Byron Bay and has experienced rapid recent growth and urban residential development. The development of Seacliffs Estate, in an area containing much remnant forest was designed to be both ecologically sustainable and functional for new residents.
